The arthritis in my hands was so bad, it was extremely painful for anyone to shake my hand. My neck hurt so much I couldn't turn my head. Right arm and shoulder hurt 24/7, couldn't swing a hammer or start a chainsaw.
I tried a cricropactor, didn't help.
Went to an old lady who was trained the old school way as a massage theropist. She rubbed oil on me, said try not to take a shower for 24 hours. I thought she was a crack pot. That I just spent $30 for nothing. It turns out to be the best $30 I ever spent.
The oil she used does work better than even an Rx cream Voltaren. Don't drink it, just rub it on and let it soak in. I use it 3 times a day.
If you are brave enough to try it, you will find it does work.
