I use a product called DMSO Dimethyl Sulfoxide, it is a wood based solvent that I heard about on a late night mysteries at the ER, an emergency room show or something like that about true stories. I did some checking and decided to try it out on my hands. When they are at their worst there is constant pain with a spike at every heart beat. I tried it for a week on one hand only and was amazed at the difference in the pain level. You could also tell looking at the fingers on both hands that the swelling was a lot less. I used it every day for about a month then stopped to see what would happen. Let me say that it didn't stop the pain altogether but was a lot better. Slowly over several weeks of no use the problems came back. I have restarted using it. It has been ok'd for use in some sort of intestinal treatment. It has an odor of mild garlic. Do the research on it and see for yourself. I picked it up at TSC.
