Hi, i rewired my glow plugs on my formal 706 d282, i have one question thats holding me up, when i wire the glow plugs from the junction block to all 6 glow plugs, can't i wire each glow plug individually? because before, one wire came from the junction block, then went to 1 glow plug, then from that glow plug it went to another, then it branched off from the plug to another and that way for all six glow plugs. doesn't it seem like each glow plug would drastically loose amperage that way? my new idea was to just wire each glow plug individually from the junction block so all 6 glow plugs have each evenly divided amperage going to each plug, which would make it start a whole lot faster too! can't i do that? or is it to much of a load for my electrical system? i have 8 gage wire running directly from solenoid to the glow plug meter, then to the pushbutton switch, then to the junction block. from there i planned on using 10 gage wire to each individual glow plugs. i have two pictures i am uploading here, one showing the way i want to do it, and the other picture the way it was before, remember, i want each glow plug to have even distribution.

But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out. After numerous dead ends for a replacement carb, I went to work fixing mine.I soldered new floats on the float arm, they came from an old motorcycle carb, replaced the packing on the throttle shaft with o-rings, cut new ga
