My brother has one of those. Maybe even the same year by its looks. His is a long bed 1-ton. A 1-ton Toyota pickup? And with single rears? My brother has one. He bought it from some elderly couple that had a business in Indiana and California and used to use it for pulling equipment back and forth. He can't use it anymore because he's gone pretty blind and more recently has been battling cancer for a few years. I've been after him to sell it to me so I can replace the carb and master cylinder that I hear are weak and its dry rotted tires to give it to one of our sisters to use around her place. It's in great physical shape. He always bragged about it's 20R or 22R engine, whatever it's called. Just been setting in his shop for years collecting dust and still is.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
