I HOPE your hydraulic problems are just the oil being low. The hydraulic system on the JD 2010 was a problem from day one. The JOY of changing that belly mounted pump just bring back memories. LOL Not good one either!!!
I hope your PTO issues are an adjustment. IF it has been used for very long with the engagement collar and splines grinding your in for an expensive repair. That is if you can find the one shaft. The one that come out of the clutch itself has been discontinued form JD since the mid 1980s. So good used ones are hard to find.
I am amazed that guys are buying these things. They where an absolute nightmare when they were new. Now they are 50 years old with all that extra wear and tear on top of a very poor designed tractor. I would be afraid to even use one for much as the repairs are labor intense and parts are high if they can even be found.
I quit working on them over 15 years ago as common repairs where getting to be more costly than the tractors where worth at the time. I know the value of them has risen due to guys collecting them but still they are problem child just waiting to explode.
