My lift arms are dropping with an implement attached or slowly with nothing attached when switched off. It also needs more revs to lift when the oil is warm. It has a diverter valve and if this is moved off the 3 point position the lift arms stay put would this rule out the lift cylinder. I have looked inside when its running and there is turbulence at the front right of the pump although this look to be a gear spinning there is nothing leaking around the standpipe. Also when the arms drop with engine off there is oil leaking from the top of the lift cylinder and when its running with the 3 point up there is a trickle of oil from the top of the lift cylinder.
