Virtually all cabs that were put on tractors of that vintage were made to fit many different makes and models. Yes it will fit, it is just a question of what you will need for adapters, brackets and space fillers etc. if you are not set up to do that type of work yourself it may be worth your while to get a fabricator to look at both tractors in order to give you an idea of what it will take.
