WE had never been Black Friday shopping and wasn't paying much attention to it. Then the first year we were empty nesters, day after Thanksgiving, we were setting in our empty nest about 8AM, no idea what to do for the day when without thinking about it we decided to go to Fargo to finish up our Christmas shopping. We get to Fargo and it's a zoo!! That's when it hit us! Black Friday! We bought a couple of cups of coffee and went home! Only time in my life I've driven 90 miles for coffee!
Then several years ago I had a VA appointment in St Cloud the day before the release of a new "gaming console", play station or whatever. Cold out. Stopped by the mall for something the wife wanted and there was a line of people with blankets and lawn chairs outside of one store with direct outside access. All waiting for the store to close and reopen so they could be the first to own this new thing. These people breed and VOTE!!

Today's Featured Article - Product Review: Black Tire Paint - by Staff. I have been fortunate in that two of my tractors have had rear tires that were in great shape when I bought the tractor. My model "H" even had the old style fronts with plenty of tread. My "L" fronts were mismatched Sears Guardsman snow tires, which I promptly tossed.
