If you are talking about general mainterance, I will bite and give it a try. I'm sure others will add some things. Otherwise, you have to tell us what you think is wrong with it or there is no use to fix something that is not broke. clean, tighten, and protect battery connections, or replace with new, heavy cables remove batteries from boxes, clean, repaint, or otherwise protect from rusting add water to batteries drain, flush, and change coolant with additive(I use JD Coolguard) change engine oil and filter change hydraulic oil if is been over 5 years(just my guideline, not technically accurate) change hydraulic filter and clean screen check for leaks around load control shaft and replace seals while you have hydraulic fluid drained adjust clutch free travel grease all steering zerks and throwout bearing if applicable clean oil bath air filter and replace oil replace fuel filters borrow a hydraulic pressure tester that goes in the hydraulic coupler and adjust standby pressure to spec(2250 psi IIRC) blow out radiator fins and oil cooler fins with compressed air lubricate lift control lever and cable grease lift arm adjusters and center link threads check operation of lights, clean ground connections where needed grease front wheel bearings and check toe-in of front tires check tire pressure and if you get real ambitious, you can always change the air in the tires!
