There is a small rectangle pad above the oil pan on the passenger front corner of the engine block. Scrape off the grease and it should have a number there that starts SV###. The number is the displacement. 266, 304, or 345. Only be a 392 if it was swapped in at some point, don't think the 392 was available in '64.
