greg1959,
Found it...
ZESTY OYSTER CRACKERS (recipe from my MIL)
1 pkg oyster crackers
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 pkg powdered Hidden Valley Original Ranch mix (I only use half to three-fourths of the package or it gets kind of salty)
Garlic powder to taste (we like a fair amount... probably a 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon)
Dill weed to taste (we like a lot of dill weed... I probably use at least 3 teaspoons).
Mix the oil and the seasonings together. Pour over crackers and let them soak it up. Spread crackers on baking sheet/cake pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes... stir them a couple of time while baking.
