Parking a tractor under an overhang would be better than under a tarp because you will have better ventilation and less condensation under the overhang. Use the tarps to keep sunlight off the tires.
In some of your earlier posts it sounded like you are planning to do a lot of work on this tractor. A year is enough time that you will probably find several other 4020's that are much closer to your final goal. You may be time and money ahead to sell this tractor and search for one closer to what you want.
