Don't laugh. When I first moved out here, before I could afford "A" cow, much less a herd, I had a few Nubian goats. In short, I figured the ideal pen was just as you see here with a couple of modifications: Much larger and tractor towed. First off they need a good pen to keep them contained (mine anyway). Second once they gnaw the grass down to the dirt, they need new feeding grounds. A moveable pen is just the ticket.
