I have been to their Auction once in the last five years. That was this summer. There was a concrete contractor's equipment being sold by a local bank. I did get a Bobcat demolition hammer for about half price. Most of the other stuff brought what it was worth. My main issue is I do not trust Powers very much. I have seen too many "deals" he was involved in.
