While checking out why the blower fan on my 2009 Enclave was intermittent on low speeds I discovered water had been leaking onto a fuse panel. The plastic box that the bundle of connectors sat in was full of water. I disconnected and dropped down the bundle of connectors from the bottom of the fuse box, emptied the water out and got a hair drier to get everything dry. The leak appears to have come from the windshield area on the passenger side, or possibly from the sunroof drain tube also in the same area. The water was dripping onto one or two relays on the upper side of the fuse box, then made it's way through to the bottom side with all the connectors.
So everything is now dry and reconnected but ZERO power anywhere. It acts like the battery has been removed, but I didn't touch it and I verified that it is indeed fully charged. Is there a type of main fuse that could have blown?
