I started working with a rough bunch of WW 2 and Korean war vets on the Turn Pike in 1956 that their language shocked this farm kid. I didn't hear that kind of talk in public away from work. Seems like the creeping crud as this language started being use in head pounding sounds on records. Now bad language is used and not corrected in some public grade schools. I would suspect it is used in the homes of the kids using it in school. Sunday while waiting on Dixie while she shopped a woman had locked her keys in the car which was next to me. She took a single key from he purse giving it to one of her kids that unlocked the car on the opposite side. The kid didn't promptly unlock all the doors and the woman yelled very loud, (UNLOCK THE F IN DOOR) All uncalled for disrespect but I have no idea how it can be turned around. I personally see no real reason to swear at all. One can find sharp words to fill the void of swear words to stress a point. It might take some rework of ones vocabulary but the word are readily available.
