If it was running fine before you replaced the filter im sure its probably you just have air in the system. Is theres primmer pump on the truck the one you push by hand about the size of a quarter generally on top of the filter housing. open the bleed screw and pump it till nothing but fuel come out then tighten the screw and try to crank it. You might have to do this a couple 3 times then you should be rockin and rollin again.. Wix filters are just as good as the rest. Anything is better than nothing. Personally i have never had a problem with a Wix filter.
