I suspect every thrid party manufaturer of those add on 3ph hitches developed their own geometry, so you will have to match up what you can find to what you need. There is no standard.
A lot of fleet and farm stores still have so,e linkage parts that fit Ford N tractors, and a few have generic parts that fit multiple import tractors. You might find something.
