It is safe to assume that since all the regulars and F-20s had the same oil pump that they all only need 4lbs of oil pressure. this makes sense if you see what the oiling system looks like inside the engine. the oil pan has troughs under the rods and there are 4 nozzles that squirt oil into these troughs. the nozzles have about 1/16" holes in them. that large of a hole cant create much backpressure.
