I brought a Yanmar in 1978 because they were cheaper than Kubota, Deere, and NH which I also considered. Eight years later I realized I had no dealer support. I took the loss and moved on. I have seven Kubota dealers that I can think of within 50 miles of me. I have two of them I deal with and give me good support on the three Kubota's I currently own. I would consider a JD because there are probably seven dealers also close by. I know of 2 Kioti dealers and both are about 40 miles away and are fairly new dealerships which also handle other brands. Its a no brainer for me. I also like the fact that two of my Kubota's was at least assembled in the US. I have never even sat on a Kioti so I can't really judge weather there a good tractor or not.
I'm just saying I would consider the dealer support your going to get or the support your going to get if you are considering a franchise.
