I bought a pair of Key brown duck bibs off ebay some years back. They are of course heavier than any denim. Took some getting used to, until I washed them.Six or seven washings and they are good spring and fall wear. Have extra layer at the knee. Now that is all I will wear in the winter, and my primary upland bird hunting wear. I've never seen a pair in any store but you can find them online. They are 90% as good as carhart and 50% the price. I also wash new overalls, then take to tailor who sews knee patches on the inside of each knee. Have tossed too many because the knees were totally gone but the rest was good. Seems like when you are doing anything with a tractor you are on yours knees a lot. LOL

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
