I stepped right up to the counter and handed over my registration papers, and title application to the clerk. It got very quiet in the office as I said "I WOULD LIKE TO TITLE AND REGISTER MY CAR PLEASE". To the clerk. She took a few seconds to decide, and then turned to the gentleman and advised him that he could find info online or wait for the next clerk in the line. He glared at me pretty hard, and I just smiled. Cya - don't want to be ya.
