This has been posted a few time before but I thought I would put my 2-cents in being the weather has turned COLD. My wife got me to use this stuff three years ago and I will NEVER use anything else. People talk about their Vaseline, gloves and super glue but I have always been told an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. This stuff is expensive but you don't use much. When you wash your hands or shower take a little dab the size of a soybean and rub it in before you go back to work or to bed. I think the combo of massaging the end of your thumbs and the Aquaphilic will do you wonders as it did for me.
