Yes, check out ebay auction #381592528800 for ONE reasonably-priced example. I have used a half-dozen or so of those, the last two of which I bought from that seller.
They are easy to connect... connect two wires to the terminals where a wall pushbutton would connect to the opener, plug into an outlet, and very simple to program.
