MikeM, A little off the topic of lifetime, but I went to NAPA to buy a starter drive for tractor. NAPA boys dusted off old books, not computer, and looked for a part number, couldn't find anything. I gave them YT's starter drive number. They put number in their computer, Oh we can get one, take some time and the price was more than twice YT's price including YT's shipping. I got one from YT faster and less than half the price.
I have 4 different places to buy parts form, Advance, NAPA with is dying like Sears, O'Rilley's and Auto Zone. Judging by the number of cars in parking lot, the Zone is the most popular place. Last trip the NAPA I was the only customer. 5 employees at NAPA doing nothing. NAPA didn't have what I need. Before the Zone came to town NAPA was the only place to go besides getting used parts form an auto salvage. Not to mention, the Zone was the first place to have a true lifetime warranty which put the hurts for NAPA. Geo
