Leroy one way to stop the letters is to take the postage free envelope and stuff it full, and send it back to them. they have to pay the postage and they will not make any money if you do that. Make sure they know who is sending it like that. Every time I get a letter like that I cut news paper up and fill the envelope so full that I have to use tape to seal the envelope. Good Luck
