Dave, check the law on hauling those bin sections. There are rules about hauling steel sections and it may be that the driver needs a CDL with an indorsement for hauling steel panels. I know it sounds stupid but a lot of laws do. Although I have a CDL I do not have all of the indorsements and when I have something to haul that my license does not cover I hire it moved. It costs a little more but it is better than paying some unreasonable fine.
