Steve thanks for your advise, I let it cool off and the starter started spinning normal. Started just fine, like normal. Wire from stud to voltage regulator has isulation missing and may have been touching the stering Collum grounding out. I moved that away, then started fine. I need to replace all wires in the spring. I just cleaned that stud very good last month along with the battery. The switch I think has been giving problems and a new one is in order. Anything else?? Thanks
