If you read my post below you know I'm looking for clearance lights for the 1935 Chevy. I took some pictures after chores tonight. My apologies- it started to rain as I finished up chores so the truck is wet. I took a picture of the "light bar" on the cab that uses the same glass. The trucks didn't have these for farm use but it appears to be period from what I have seen. The first five years of its life it was a Texaco fuel truck so no doubt that is a holdback from that. I'm guessing the cool fire extinguisher with mount from the cab was another of those requirements. It would probably hold a cup of powder tops. I've only seen those light bars on other commercial trucks of the early '30's. I'm thinking I will move it to the back as the clearance set below the center of the bed.
All of the glass bullets are held on by a ring of wire about #9 size that you pop out to remove the the glass. I took a pic of one of the holders that was behind the back seat. It's the style I'm looking for.

It would be a great day for the collies and the terrier dogs, rats and mice would be at the bottom of the stacks so the dogs, would have a busy time hunting and killing, all the corn was gathered and ricked in what we c
