Howard CD6 Despeder, to slow the ground speed down when using the Howard Rotavator. If you decide to remove it and sell it, do not forget the seal plate that is between the final drive and the Despeeder. They frequently get left on the tractor and the Despeeder is useless without it. Of course you also need the brake extension and the drawbar extensions as well.
