Look for numbers stamped on the axle housings or on a tag somewhere. Might be a good idea to check with Rockwell to see what axles you have. If you have all the identifying numbers, they should be able to send you parts diagrams and tell you why the seals are different.
Rockwell called the plant one day to say that they had mistakenly shipped us some axles that had the brakes set up for mineral oil instead of brake fluid. Brake fluid would destroy the seals made for mineral oil. The plant had already shipped out machines with some of those axles on. Rockwell sent techs to wherever we had sold machines and changed to brake components over to brake fluid systems, before someone was seriously injured.
