Maximum Smoke test. Lets all of the smoke out of the wires and that stuck breaker. There used to be a max smoke penny device too used in the old fuse boxes! Down at work up in the third floor power room there is a big honker of a three phase box that supplies all of the power for the survalience systems. You should have seen how much smoke is locked up in a 400 amp system.
