Not sure since I cannot see the engine. HUGE differences though between a 2010. 3010, or a 400. 2010 is a Dubuque engine and is in a class of its own, along with the 1010 engines. Also uses a gear pump. 3010 is a Waterloo engine with a lot more mass and balancing gears in the bottom. Has a piston-pump. A 400 is basically a yellow 2020 farm-tractor with a Dubuque engine and a two-stick transmission which you clearly do not have.
