horor stores! my renters just put new siding on my house, even tho i thought the other stuff was good, the garage needing siding and they matched that too, i gave them couple months free rent, lent them my siding brake to do the trim.rewired most of the house and built a full porch on the front last year, and they still dont have it painted yet, can you believe it? but painted their new front door, they bought, purple! Fixed up and insulated and drywalled, new electrical, new door in the end of the shed i used to rent for storage to someone else for $60, its now a wood shop no rent and want to charge me $75 for a nice fancy bird house? told them they can stay there for life, but threaten to raise the rent,actually have become real good friends
