Need rod seals for CASE 420B backhoe

I finally have my 420B reassembled with loader and backhoe mounted. The rod seals on the boom, dipper arm and bucket are all dripping. My experience with CASE has not been cheap. Whenever possible I try to use aftermarket parts. Does anyone know where I can get rebuild kits for these cylinders other than CASE? Also, the dipper bucket rod has a bad area about .5" wide and 2" long where the chrome is completely missing and has rusted badly. Each time the rod extends this area has captured some oil and it spills out. Are there shops that can rebuild the rod with weld, centerless grind and rechrome? Ken McWilliams
