I have not done any checking so this is a guess. That engine is the same as the 40 combine with a 115" engine. The 45 combine and 2010 tractors used the 145 " engine and later 45 combine engine was a 165" version. I know all complete engines are interchangeable and the deck plate to make the different sizes is interchangeable on all blocks for use with different sized pistons to get the different size CUin. So I would think the heads are all interchangeable as well. My John Deere mechanic at the dealer also farmed and he had a 1010 that he put a 45 combine engine in. I did not at the time realize there was anything except the 145 engine so I do not know if he used the 145 or 165 engine. It was his main plowing tractor with 3-14" in heavy soil. But from the power he said it had I am thinking the 165 engine. So for the head it would just depend on it seating to the deck plate.
