saw the show , ( Canada here ) what I got out of it was , here , where taxes pay for incarceration ( jail ) , our people do every thing possible to rehab a criminal, lots of times un-successfully, so they are not in jail / or return to jail, but they try ! over there ( USA ) with private prisons that need prisoners to make a profit, exactly opposite seems the county / state / feds / do more to insure people go to jail & stay there might help out keeping private prisons profitable, don't do much for keeping people from being in the system before this thread turns in to a crap show, google the numbers, how many people the USA locks up compared to the rest of the developed world , and for what reason, and just for the heck of it, what race LOL ! really seems that the Judges, prosecutors, , police etc , are all on-board with providing your jail operators with the required stock they need to make $$$$$ and p.s., I get your political system, where if some one in congress votes the wrong way, some group will mount a campaign to remove them ( ie NRA ) just my .02 cents ( Canadian ) worth again , before you shred me , google the numbers bob
