I remember welding on a big hanger at the Fermi Nuclear power house in the '80's in Monroe, MI. and had to crawl way back in under this huge piece of metal and was welding with 7018 right above my waist while welding on my back while laying on the floor and the hot slag was dribbling down on my stomach. I had a lot of rod to go so I kept welding and it hurt. The scars from that finally disappeared a few years ago..
