Front or side mount distributor?? Are the spark plugs wet?? If they are there fouled so no start. Do you have a good blue/white spark at all the plug wires?? tha twill jump a 1/4 inch gap or more.
What did you set the points at?? Front mount should eb set at 0.015 and side mount 0.025 and that can/will make a big difference if you have it wrong
