The shopping centers will kick out all tenants and then complain about what it is costing them to operate so they can then take a tax wrightoff against other shopping centers and they make more from the goverment allowing that than operating the place, then tear it down and leave ground vacant for years . The thing is if they would not have decided to do the tax thing the shopping center would be thriving today. This happened 20 mile from me. The tractor club had a winter show in the mall for several years and the tenants said that when it was on they had the most customers they ever had but the operators used the reason to get rid of the tractor show that the tenants did not like it. The officers of the club talked with all the stores to get their reaction to things. A store that wants to stay and get evicted to leave a empty space tells you what?
