If I remember right the David Brown tractors stop at 1959. Then J.I Case tractors started up in the 1960's then after those years Came Case I.H tractors. I am sorry I forgot this yesterday when I stated the 440&430 where not David Brown tractors. The 430 & 440 where made in all different ways. there where 430 diesel Ag tractor, 430 CK construction and 430 with triple speed on to a automatic power shuttle. Some even had a Hydrostatic steering and several front ends. Like adjustable, single, and solid front axles. The solid front axles are hard to find parts for. One note make Shure you come to a complete stop before going in to reverse. If you do not you will break the reverse fork. that is if your tractor is like mine has a manual transmission in it. That fork is 280.00 I should know I have had to replace mine once.
