I have had a different experience with Kobe beef. When I worked in Japan in '96, we were taken out to dinner by the Architect every Thurs. night. Different restaurants almost every time - the food was ALL great. The best was Kobe beef, it was served sliced thin (like thick bacon) and you cooked it yourself on a charcoal BBQ set into the table. AWESOME !! Next best was lean mutton roast - I asked the owner of the place "what was the sauce on top", reply "butter" !

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
