I have looked at nearly all those, no help. This is a very strange charger. The output goes thru basically a Ford 12v starter solenoid, which is controlled by a 3300uf 35v cap. This cap has been booger wired thru two 12v bulbs. Somehow this solenoid is for polarity protection. therein lies the problem with the charging. I can get this to charge by disconnecting all this but the voltage runs wild. A schematic would be very good. Sorry for this long post, but this thing is STRANGE. Thanks
