Get it home and locked up. Last year was in acident with several insurance companys involved. Mine wanted to look at it but I knew I was not going to go with them as it was not my falt. A semi went left of center and I hit it. I gave my insurance company only permission to look at it to hear them say it was totaled as I was sure it would be. Never heard from them. Next time I was past the yard it was towed to it was gone. My dam insurance company had stollen it. I had a fight to get it back. And I eventually did get a decent settlement. But make sure no body can get a hold of it that is not supposed to have it. If nothing else lock it up in your garage and let the replacement set outside. Before I got things settled the insurance company that eventially did settle one of their stupid minions was wanting to pick it up in Chicago (with no settlement in sight) and I have never been there and I live in Ohio and the wreck happened winthin 30 mile of my home. And I left the key that was a chip key with the investing officer for them to use to tow it in, still run perfectly but drivers side wiped out with a busted windshield. I never did get that key, Was told after I got my personal things out and no key in van that the tow company had put it in the van, NOT. When I got it back from the company that had stollen it the antifreeze was drained out that was not lost from the wreck. they had moved the tires around also. It was then blocked in that there was no way for anybody to get it without moving a lot of other items including other cars.
