Don't bet on it. When Walmart put in the super center in Fergus Falls MN the 2 good sized grocery stores in town said they wouldn't last a year. They repeatedly made that claim trying to stop the expansion of the Wal Mart to a super center. That was close to 10 years ago. Fergus which hasn't really grown has sense added ANOTHER grocery store! Both the old ones are still open. Imagine that! Same exact thing happened in Alexandria MN when they built a super center there. The 2 old ones are still there plus they too have added another grocery store. In other words don't believe the hype!
