A lot depends on if your town is a county or regional shopping destination. Walmart is pretty shrewd about picking towns with growth potential. The names of the stores in your town will likely change. Mom and Pop single stores have very tough times competing with Walmart. Chain stores like CashWise, Super Target, HyVee, Fairway and Aldi's do well competing head to head with Walmart and will move into towns that already have a Super Walmart. Menard's, Home Depot and fast food will also build close to a Super Walmart to cash in on the extra traffic.
Fairway and Aldi's use small stores where you can get in and out with a cart load of groceries in under 15 minutes. Some older folks don't like big stores because they get worn out searching up and down all those long aisles while pushing a cart.

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet).
