Super C Quick-hitch

I have a Super C with the quick hitch setup. can I use the same impliments as the H / or are the hitches different ?
Also, I have a 2disc international plow that hitches up to the Super C. The plow is so heavy that it occassionally lifts the front end up when going up an incline. Do they make front weights for the "C" or is this just too big of a plow for this tractor? It seems to pull the plow quite well thru the ground.
