You may get more answers down on the Ford Forum. but anyway, first we need more information, and don't worry they don't charge you by the word here. First, gas or diesel? second is it cranking as fast as always? If gas do the plugs get wet? If gas when cranking with a plug out do you get a good healthy spark? If diesel is it making smoke? are filters recently changed? Answer these then we can get started down the right path with more specifics. Also as a point of interest is it a red and gray 6000 or a blue and white Commander?
