Well, if you hadn't turned it over it would've been as simple as draining the water and changing the engine oil.
Since you've got bent parts in the engine, you need to decide if it's worth repairing. With 600 hours I would imagine the answer is yes. After that it's just a matter of repairing the engine or paying someone to repair it for you. It might behoove you to pull the engine and send it to an engine rebuilder or if time is of the essence, swap it for a remanufactured engine.
