Dad had and I still have a seeder of that style and I don't think it ever came from factory with a chart. And mine is electric motor powered,just a heater motor. Dad would not have a PTO powered unit as if you would slow down to cross a rough spot the width of the spread would drop off to nothing and as soon as you speeded back up again it would do the spreading. When you had to slow for that spot it still ran out the seed at the same rate but did not put it out to where it was supposed to be. Ever watch a salt spreader on a snow plow truck? when out on straight road spread wide when slow down for the stop sign the fan slows and does not spread the salt and when the truck fully stops the fan stops completely and the salt keeps dribbling out and that is why you see big piles of salt anyplace the plow truck stops. Andthose seeders do the same thing with the seed.
